This policy covers the Merc mobile app (Android / iOS), mercai.com, our APIs, and related services operated by Terra AGI Pvt Ltd. The main product is a phone app for Indian businesses to run Meta and Google ads after sign-in, profile setup, and wallet funding where applicable. By using the Service, you agree to this policy.

2.1 Account and identity information

Merc sign-in is primarily by mobile phone (e.g. Indian +91). We may also collect business name, category, description, location, and similar profile fields you enter in the app.

2.2 Contact and communications

If you contact us (e.g. hello@mercai.com, support@mercai.com), we retain messages and metadata needed to respond and improve support quality.

2.3 Usage analytics

We collect usage data such as device type, approximate location (derived from IP where applicable), log events, feature usage, crash diagnostics, and performance metrics. This helps us operate and improve our AI advertising platform and ad management software.

2.4 Connected platform data (authorized only)

Merc only accesses advertising platform data after explicit user authorization. When you connect integrations (for example Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar), we may access campaign structures, performance metrics, audience definitions, billing identifiers, and other data made available by those platforms under the permissions you grant. We use such data solely to provide the Service you requested, unless otherwise described here or required by law.

2.5 Content you upload

You may upload business profiles, creative assets, and other content. We process this content to run campaigns, generate AI-assisted suggestions, and deliver reporting.

3. How we use information

• Provide the Service: authenticate users, sync campaigns, run analytics dashboards, deliver optimization suggestions, and enable digital marketing automation features you enable.
• Improve the product: train and evaluate internal models and heuristics where permitted, debug issues, and develop new features (we do not sell personal data).
